I painted this painting as a salute to Elijah the Prophet.  He is one of the most interesting biblical characters.  God and read the bible and you will hear incredible stories of what his faith in God did.  
 
This is the scene of Him going into heaven.  The chariot is coming.  The angel of the Lord is meeting Him and Christ is looking down waiting for another son to come home.  This also depicts you and me and the meeting that we will have with Christ in the sky.  Thank you Lord for your goodness to all of us.
